Important Disclosure: Not a Loan

An inheritance advance is NOT a loan. InheritCashNow purchases a portion of your future inheritance at a discount. There are no monthly payments, no interest charges, and no personal liability. Repayment comes directly from the estate when probate closes. If the estate has insufficient funds, you are not personally responsible for repayment.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Be a verified beneficiary of an estate currently in probate or administration
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Services Description

InheritCashNow provides inheritance advances to verified beneficiaries of estates in probate. Our process includes:

  1. Application: You submit an application providing information about your expected inheritance.
  2. Verification: We verify your beneficiary status and estate details with the executor, estate attorney, or probate court.
  3. Offer: If approved, we provide a written offer detailing the advance amount and terms.
  4. Funding: Upon your acceptance, funds are typically disbursed within 24-48 hours.
  5. Repayment: When the estate closes, the executor pays our portion from your inheritance.

User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application
  • Notify us of any material changes to your circumstances or the estate
  • Not misrepresent your beneficiary status or inheritance
  • Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Approval and Funding

Approval for an inheritance advance is subject to our verification of:

  • Your beneficiary status in the estate
  • The estimated value and timeline of the estate
  • The validity of the will or trust (if applicable)
  • Other factors we deem relevant

We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Fees and Pricing

InheritCashNow does not charge upfront fees, application fees, or processing fees. Our compensation comes from the discount at which we purchase your inheritance interest.

The specific terms, including the advance amount and the portion of your inheritance we will receive, will be clearly disclosed in your written offer before you accept. You will have the opportunity to review all terms before committing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your application at any time before funding at no cost. Once funds are disbursed, the transaction is binding according to the terms of your agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of InheritCashNow or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services
